Is Schedule very important?

Summary

A few days back I was having a casual conversation with a guy. 😊⁣

He was struggling with sleep issues and had heard that he should stick to a sleeping schedule.

He improved his sleeping habits while he was in his hometown. 🏡⁣

⁣A few days later he came to the city in search of a job. 🌆⁣

His friends decided to go for a city tour to the most happening places in the city. 🚗⁣

He did not want to say no to creating fresh experiences. He went, and then at the back of his mind, the thing that was running was “I exceeded the time that I need to be awake.” 😬⁣

The Problem in His Mind

“I broke my scheduled sleeping time.” 😴⁣

His sleep was disturbed because of this. 😴⁣

The pattern continued for a few days when his friend wanted to make new experiences by visiting a few places. 🌇⁣

But then this guy in discussion could not say no and went and regretted that he could not stick to the regime of fixing his sleep. 😔

In the book “End of Insomnia Struggle” by Colleen, the author makes this same point that many people, when they realize that they are struggling with sleep, make a big list of things to do and things not to do. They stop enjoying life and always live in fear and do not have any experiences.⁣

What should you do during this period of fixing your sleep schedule?

So, while it is good to have a schedule, it is worth having a life filled with experiences and not a life of guilt. 🌈⁣.
