But I would like to quote an analogy from my IT career. ๐ปโฃ

I work only with Windows OS. Every week Windows releases security patches. ๐โฃ

They identify things that are bugs with the existing OS. You may have seen this with Android and Apple iOS as well. ๐ฑโฃ

So, every time an update happens the faulty programs are corrected, and then new programs which are supposed to work much better are installed. ๐โฃ

Does this Update stop just in a week? โโฃ

Every week I get the notification to update to the latest Windows OS. ๐

Similarly, the brain needs to update itself so it needs some downtime. ๐โฃ

Only when you sleep do you have the downtime to update your OS. ๐คโฃ

What happens if you do not update your OS? ๐คโฃ

Organizations run the risk of a ransomware attack that could cost billions of dollars. ๐ฐโฃ

Similarly, if you do not sleep you run the risk of being ill and that could cost you dearly. ๐คโฃ

We take things for granted that we can run the race of life by forgetting the basics but that is not true. ๐โโ๏ธโฃ

Similarly, if we take sleep for granted until we start losing sleep and in turn start having buggy OS. ๐ฌโฃ
