“Escape the Insomnia hell: Uncover the Power of Mindfulness and Meditation to Silence Imaginary Danger and Reclaim Your Resilience!”

The common thing I observe in every conversation with a person struggling with Insomnia is they ask how to fix the issue ASAP.

They say they are struggling with the issue and they talk about how their heart is beating fast, how they are feeling low on mood etc., they are feeling worried about their job.

I was talking with a guy who was worried about his sleep issue.

He said he was feeling a fast heartbeat because he was not sleeping.

He joined a job recently and was worried about how he could sustain his job.

Imagine a scenario when the place you stay is on fire your brain will just do the same thing by making your heart beat faster.

The problem is the brain cannot really differentiate between real and imaginary danger. So the brain gives the signal to fix the danger.

But in the case of an Imaginary danger the brain struggles hard to fix the problem but it cannot do it because it cannot trace down the problem.

I am reminded of this beautiful quote by the legendary investor Warren Buffet he said

“The most important thing to do if you find yourself in a hole is to stop digging.”

But the imaginary pain acts contrary to the advice and keeps digging.

So you might wonder is there a way out?

Yes, there is when you stop triggering the imaginary pain through the practice of mindfulness/meditation, etc.

Mind you these are not short-term fixes but processes that can completely transform the fear and make you a person of resilience.

So, the brain cannot differentiate between real and imaginary danger but with practice, you can invalidate the imaginary danger and stop your body and brain from getting agitated.
